  • Will my insurance cover it?

    We work with all insurance companies. Auto glass repair/replacement is covered as long as you have comprehensive coverage included in your plan. 


  • I have a deductible. How much will I have to pay?

    Insurance providers (except State Farm) will pay for rock chip damage without charging a deductible. As far as deductibles on replacements, we do the best we can to keep your cost as low as possible. In some cases, this means we can waive the full amount of your deductible. If you have questions about your deductible, please don't hesitate to give us a call and see what we can do!

  • Will an auto glass claim raise my rates?

    In most cases, no. Comprehensive coverage claims will have zero effect on your rates. However, comprehensive only covers damage that isn't your fault. If your glass is broken as a result of a collision or accident, then it does not fall under comprehensive coverage.

  • Is my windshield repairable, or will it need replaced?

    Insurance companies consider a windshield repairable if it has no more than three rock chips and they are under the size of a quarter. Cracks are considered repairable under 6 inches in length. However, repairs have a lower success rate the larger they are.

  • Will my vehicle's camera system need to be recalibrated?

    Vehicles equipped with ADAS lane departure warning systems do require recalibration to ensure proper functionality. We currently offer this service for domestic vehicles only. If you have a foreign-made vehicle equipped with ADAS systems we will sublet the recalibration service to a capable local technician.
